Yes. Every barber on the platform is required to verify their identity and provide proof of a valid Texas barber or cosmetology license before their profile is approved for public booking. We review portfolios, references, and — for mobile barbers — background checks before going live. If a barber ever loses their license or fails to meet our standards, their profile is removed.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your client dashboard up to the barber's published cancellation window (typically 24 hours before the appointment). Cancellations inside the window may be subject to a deposit retention depending on the barber's policy, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
